El 8 de octubre pasado, las autoridades de nuestro Colegio presentaron la denuncia penal contra los responsables de la Empresa URBE ante la Fiscalía de Investigaciones por Ejercicio Ilegal de la Bioquímica.
Esto se motiva en que la empresa mencionada se encuentra realizando testeos rápidos de COVID 19 aprovechándose de la ingenuidad y desconocimiento de la población ante la pandemia de coronavirus.
Es importante destacar que el ejercicio de la bioquímica en la Provincia exige la presencia de un profesional bioquímico, titular de un laboratorio fiscalizado y autorizado y la toma de muestras realizada por un profesional de acuerdo a las disposiciones de la Ley 2794.
