El pasado 8 de octubre elevamos una nota a la Dra. Cecilia Meiriño, titular de Fiscalización Sanitaria a fin de solicitar una inspección y eventual clausura de la Empresa URBE, que estaría ejerciendo de forma ilegal la actividad bioquímica mediante prácticas de test rápidos de COVID 19.
Dado que el Colegio profesional no cuenta con competencia para realizar inspecciones ni clausuras, por tratarse de facultades privativas del estado, es que se puso en conocimiento de la Dra. Meiriño que se elevará una denuncia ante la Fiscalía de Investigación. Es un acto de responsabilidad no solo profesional sino hacia la comunidad, el instrumentar las acciones necesarias para hacer cesar esta actividad ilegal, no solo por tratarse de una infracción a la Ley 2794, sino por los riesgos que implica para la salud de la población en conjunto.
